Customers with low balances waited longer.
People wearing uniforms from service jobs were asked for additional identification.
Older customers were pressured into products they did not understand.
Several complaints had been closed by Daniel himself.
One woman, Rosa Delgado, had attempted to deposit settlement money after a workplace injury.
Daniel accused her of laundering funds.
The check was legitimate.
She closed her account in humiliation.
