One note described Miriam Holt:

Another described Agnes Cole:
Fear of burdening son. Encourage voluntary placement. Limit outside calls.
Ruth’s file was newer.
Son avoids conflict. Fiancée can frame control as care. High-value voting shares. Wedding creates urgency.
Daniel read that line and had to leave the room.
Vanessa’s affection had been built from a profile.

“She manipulated you.”
“I helped her get close to you.”
“You were deceived.”
“I dismissed your warnings.”
“Yes.”
Daniel looked at her.

“You will have to live differently because of that,” Ruth said. “Not hate yourself forever.”

Death alone did not prove murder.
But medication logs had been altered in several cases.
