A custody preparation file.
A file created before Sophia was born.
Dominic had already planned how to remove me from her life.
I felt sick.
Then Bennett leaned closer.
“You think you know the whole story.”
I stepped back.
“What does that mean?”
He smiled.
“Ask your father why Dominic was chosen in the first place.”
Before I could respond, Bennett walked away.
